Below Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the website operated by THE KHWAAB - www.thekhwaab.com
Terms & Conditions :-
If you want to exchange your product, we recommend that you return it for a credit and purchase the new product separately.
Our T&C's are, however, subject to the following:
(1) Only those products are returned or exchanged that has some manufacturing defect or is completely different from what was ordered.
2) Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached and intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
3) If an order has more than four products then it will be considered as a bulk order. Return/Refund will not be possible.
4) Discounted or promotional sale items: Products marked as “Final Sale,” & Non-Returnable, these products are final sales and shall not qualify for exchange/returns.
Cancellation
We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed. Store credit will be provided against the cancellation of an order.
Governing Law
These terms will be regulated by and created according to the Indian laws without reference to the principles of conflict of laws; disputes that arise regarding hereto will subject themselves to the Delhi courts’ exclusive jurisdiction.
